Effective date: 25 November 2025. The Company follows the Australian Privacy Principles and equivalent international safeguards when serving global clients.

1. Purpose and scope

This Privacy Statement explains how Ingenex Pty Ltd (ABN 68 955 192 465) trading as Automated Compliance Partners (the Company) collects, uses, discloses, and stores personal information when delivering CogniRisk powered advisory work. It reflects the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and relevant OAIC guidance.

2. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details: first name, surname, role/title, company email address, phone number, and organisation information supplied via lead forms.
  • Engagement data: discovery notes, risk and compliance artefacts, call recordings (where consented), and operational documentation provided by you or your organisation.
  • Usage data: website analytics, form interactions, and security telemetry generated by Supabase, Google Cloud, Cursor, and related hosting providers.

3. How we use personal information

  • Confirming legitimate interest and scheduling advisory engagements.
  • Running CogniRisk workflows to produce executive-grade risk and compliance outputs.
  • Maintaining compliant records of engagement history, billing, and deliverables.
  • Meeting regulatory, legal, or insurance obligations that apply to the Company’s services.

4. Lawful basis

The Company processes personal information on the basis of informed consent (e.g. form submissions), performance of a contract (service agreements), and legitimate interests (protecting clients, the Company, and third parties). Sensitive information is only collected with explicit consent or where required by law.

5. Data retention and storage

Client information is stored inside hardened Supabase, Google Cloud, and Cursor environments located in jurisdictions aligned to the engagement. The Company retains data only for as long as required to deliver the agreed outcomes or satisfy legal obligations, after which it is securely archived or deleted.

6. Disclosure

The Company does not sell personal information. Limited disclosures occur to infrastructure partners (Supabase, Cursor, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly to operate CogniRisk, and to legal/insurance advisors where necessary. Any offshore processing is subject to contractual safeguards consistent with APP 8.

7. Your rights

  • Access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by the Company.
  • Restriction or objection to specific processing activities.
  • Portability of materials supplied directly by you, where technically feasible.
  • Lodging a privacy complaint with the Company and/or the OAIC (www.oaic.gov.au).
